Campaign Details & Data

View Campaign Details

  1. Go to the campaign management section of the loyalty management system.
  2. Locate the campaign you want to view from the list of existing campaigns.
  3. Click on the three dots in front of the campaign and click "View" to access its details.

The Available Details Include:

  • Campaign Name: The unique name given to the campaign.
  • Campaign Start Date: The date when the campaign begins.
  • Campaign End Date: The date when the campaign concludes.
  • Campaign Date Created: The date when the campaign was initially created.
  • Campaign Type: The category or type of campaign.
  • Audience Criteria: The specific criteria used to define the audience for the campaign.
  • Target Audience: The specific segments targeted by the campaign.
  • Points Credit Criteria: The criteria used to determine how points are credited to participants (e.g., new segment members or existing segment members).
  • Points Issued per Member: The number of points issued to each eligible participant.
  • Total Members Reached: The estimated number of customers reached by the campaign.
  • Email Sent: The number of emails sent as part of the campaign.
  • SMS Sent: The number of SMS messages sent during the campaign.
  • Communication Channel Selected: A preview of the email or SMS communication.
  • Campaign Delivery Log: A log of the campaign’s delivery status.
  • Total Points Issued: The cumulative number of points issued throughout the campaign.

  • Template Preview Options: The ability to preview the email and SMS templates associated with the campaign.
  • Credited Member List: A list of members who have earned points through the campaign.

How does Data flow in Campaigns?

  1. Step One: Segment Data is Refreshed (As per schedule interval)
  2. Step Two: If the segment is getting used in a campaign, the points are sent to the member
    as per the points criteria after step one.
  3. Step Three: Email & SMS as per the template selected is sent to the member after step two
