Editing a Rule Group

Editing a Rule Group allows you to:

• Modify business logic as your loyalty program evolves.
• Update restrictions, limits, or validity periods based on new campaigns or promotions.
• Adjust rules, priorities, and point limits to optimize member engagement and manage liability.
• Loyalife provides Maker/Checker approval for these changes if your program has the feature enabled.

Editing a Rule Group

Step 1: Navigate to Rule Engine > Manage Rule Groups

Step 2: Locate the Rule Group you wish to edit from the list. Click on the pen icon to edit.
