If I enable Maker/Checker in one program, will it affect other programs?

Enabling Maker/Checker in one program does not enable it in other programs. It remains program-specific.

Can a Maker see points added by other Makers?

No, a Maker in the Maker Checker screen can only see the manual points added by them. Points added by other Makers for approval are not visible to maintain confidentiality.

Can a Maker approve or verify a transaction?

No, a Maker cannot approve or verify a transaction. These actions can only be performed by a Checker or Approver.

Can a Checker/approver ad manually point for approval from the member details page?

Yes, a Checker can send points for approval from the member details page by adding points manually, provided they have the "add manual points" permission.

What does a Checker see in the "Pending Action" status?

In the Maker Checker screen, inside the pending action, a Checker can see all transactions with the "pending from checker" status. Pending approval or rejection is not available here.

Can a Checker take action on pending approval items?

No, a Checker cannot take action on pending approval items. Only an Approver can take action. The ability to approve and reject is not available to a Checker.

Is a reason compulsory when verifying or rejecting a maker/checker/approver request?

Yes, while verifying and rejecting, providing a reason is compulsory.

What can an Approver with just Approver permission see?

An Approver with just Approver permission can only view items in the pending actions that have the status "pending from the Approver." Items pending from the Checker will not be visible, and they cannot verify/reject those items.

What happens after approval by an Approver?

Once approved by an Approver , the points will be sent to the member , and this action cannot be reverted.

What happens if I don't approve or reject a transaction?

Transactions pending approval or rejection will remain in the queue until you take action. It's important to process transactions in a timely manner .
