Expiry Schedule

This section shows member points that will expire within a specified time frame. The expiration time is calculated based on the program's settings.

How to Access the Expiry Schedule

Step 1: Navigate to Members and select the specific member whose transaction details you wish to view.

Step 2: Click on Action > View and scroll down to the Expiry Schedule tab.

Transaction Details Available

• Date – Displays the scheduled expiration date of the loyalty points.
• Points to be expired - indicates the number of loyalty points scheduled to expire on the given date.
  These points could belong to various transactions accrued under different campaigns, tiers, or earning rules.

You can select the time frame using the drop-down menu.
