Exporting Individual Member Transactions in Loyalife


Overview

In Loyalife, admins and program managers with permission to view reports can export detailed transaction history for individual members. This functionality is useful for reviewing all member-related transactions, such as points accrual, redemption, and expiration.

This manual explains how to access and use the Export Transaction History feature, including exporting accrual, redemption, and expiry data for individual members.


Steps to Export Individual Member Transactions

Step 1: Navigate to Member Module:

  • From the main dashboard, select Members in the left-hand menu to access the member management area.

Step 2: Search and Open the Member Profile:

  • Use the search bar to find the member for whom you want to export the transaction data. Click Actions > View.

Step 3: Go to Transaction Summary Tab:

  • Inside the member profile, click on the Transaction Summary tab (1) as highlighted in the screenshot.
  • This tab will display a detailed list of all transactions involving the member, including point accrual, redemption, and expiration details.

Step 4: Select the Date Range

  • Use the date range filter located at the top right (2) of the transaction list.
  • Set the start and end dates to define the period you want to export the transaction data.
  • Click Search (3) after selecting the date range to refresh the data displayed.

Step 5: Exporting Member Transactions

Once you have selected the desired date range, follow the steps below to export the member's transaction data:

5.1 Open Export Menu:

  • Click on the three-dot menu (ellipsis icon) (4) on the right-hand side of the screen to reveal the export options.

5.2 Export Options:
You will see the following export options:

  • Export Transaction History:
    Export the entire transaction history for the selected date range. This includes all credits, debits, and point movements related to the member.

After exporting it, you will be in the Reports tab, where you can download the report. Additionally, navigate to Reports > Transactional > search for the report type exported, click on the three-dot icon, and download or share the report.


  • Export Accrual Data:
    Export only the points accrued during the selected date range. This includes transactions where points were credited to the member’s account through various methods such as purchases or bonus.

After exporting it, you will be in the Reports tab, where you can download the report. Additionally, navigate to Reports > Transactional > search for the report type exported, click on the three-dot icon under the Actions tab, and download or share the report.


  • Export Redemption Data:
    Export the points redeemed by the member during the selected period. This includes any transactions where points were spent on items or services in the marketplace.

After exporting it, you will be in the Reports tab, where you can download the report. Additionally, navigate to Reports > Transactional > search for the report type exported, click on the three-dot icon, and download or share the report.

  • Export Expiry Data:
    Export details of points that have expired within the selected date range. This is useful for understanding how many points the member lost due to expiration.
