Create a Campaign

To add a campaign, follow these step-by-step instructions:

Step 1:

  • Go to the Engage ➝ Campaign
  • Click on the "Create Campaign" button.

Step 2: Add Campaign Details

  • Campaign Name: Enter a unique Campaign Name that clearly represents the purpose of the campaign.

Step 3: Campaign Type

It can be two kinds

  • Send as Promotion: Promotional message sent to selected audience to drive engagement.

  • Send Reward to Members: Allocate bonus points to selected audience members. Once you choose this option, you'll be prompted to enter the number of bonus points to issue, which will be sent to the chosen audience segment.

Can I target multiple segments with a single campaign?

Yes, you can select multiple segments (max 10) as the target audience for a campaign.

Step 4: Audience Details

Use the drop-down to select the target audience for the campaign. The selected audience will receive the campaign communication and, if enabled, the bonus points.

Audience Criteria:

  • Existing Members: Sends bonus points to all current members of the selected target audience.
  • New Members: Sends bonus points to members who qualify for the target audience segment on a daily basis.

Target Audience Size:

This section displays an estimate of the selected target audience size.

Note: The actual target audience size may vary based on audience criteria, email validity, and phone number records in the system.

Keep in mind

Bonus points will only be credited once per member for a campaign. If a member falls into multiple segments within a program, they will not be eligible to receive bonus points separately for each segment.

Step 5: Schedule Campaign

  • Set the campaign schedule: Start date and end date for the campaign using the calendar icon.

  1. Leaving the end date field empty implies an indefinite campaign duration.
  2. A scheduled campaign will start at 00:00 Hrs and end at 23:59 Hrs on the selected start and end date.
  3. To launch the campaign immediately, select today's date and click 'Save & Enable Now' once initiated.

Can I change the campaign schedule after it has started?

No, the campaign schedule cannot be modified once it has started. However , you can create a new campaign with the desired changes.

What happens if a campaign is disabled before the scheduled end date?

Ending a campaign prematurely will stop any further points issuance or rewards associated with that campaign. However , the campaign details and historical data will still be available for analysis.

Step 6: Communication

Link the email and SMS templates from the communication module.

  • Select the appropriate template using the drop-down menu for the campaigns from the communication module.
  • Add a new template if needed by clicking on "Create a new template"
  • Edit an existing template to customize its content. Click on "Edit Template".

Yes, you can edit the existing templates or create new ones to align with your brand and campaign messaging.

Step 7:

  • Review the summary of the campaign details before finalizing
  • Click on the "Save Campaign" button to save and activate the campaign (or enable it later)

The number of campaigns you can create may vary depending on the limitations set by the loyalty management system. Please refer to the system documentation or contact support for more information.

Can I run multiple campaigns simultaneously?

Yes, you can run multiple campaigns at the same time, targeting different segments or offering different rewards.
